Home Addictions started out many years ago as an idea for Angelina's next business.
The founder Angelina Chan, nicknamed “Tukta” which means doll in Thai. She is both Thai and Chinese and have lived in Thailand for the last 23 years. By going back to her birth country, she not only met my Thai family, she also discovered the creativity and craftsmanship of the many talented Thai artisans and designers.
As the exclusive distributor for Thailand of the skincare brand La Prairie from Switzerland, she went to every home and houseware fair in Bangkok. At every single fair she would stand in front of the booths salivating at the absolutely breathtaking products. Seriously!
She started collecting some special pieces for herself, as well as gifts for her friends. Unbeknownst to her at the time, Thai designers and their products were not well represented outside of Thailand except for the mass market souvenirs at tourist shops and at the airport.
She addicted to these elegant and stylish products, hence the name Home Addictions. Out of her love and appreciation for beautiful home décor products, she is showcasing them here for you on their website.
