We saw the Chic Workshop link on the Shopify site and thought we could do with a little bit of help to get my wife’s online jewellery store up and running. Best thing we could have done. Had a chance to meet early on with Duncan over a coffee and he explained the step-by-step process of building a successful site, and how he would hand-hold us along the way. Since then, he’s been an amazing support and mentor throughout the journey, from initial designs all the way through to post-launch tweaks and fixes. Incredibly helpful and responsive whenever we asked for help. Which happened quite a lot! I really liked how patient he was when we were hassling him with everyday bits and pieces, and how he quickly grasped the nature of each problem before offering a solution. A thoroughly professional, comprehensive service, and a top guy.
